| 1 How do I buy a chart?

Choose the charts you would like to buy and add them to your shopping basket, when you are ready to check out you will be asked to log in or register your details, you will then be asked to confirm your order and be directed to the PayPal secure payments site.
Once your order is complete you will receive two emails, one confirming your order was placed and the other confirming that your payment was successful and providing details on how to download your pattern.

| 2 I am outside the UK can I shop here ? |
Yes ! We are able to accept orders from Anywhere in the World via Paypal's secure payment sytem. It doesn't matter where you are located, your charts will always be placed in your Members Area after purchase, ready for you to view, print or download.

| 3 Do I need a PayPal Account to shop here? |
It is not necessary to have an account with PayPal to shop with us, all you need is a valid credit or debit card to use the PayPal system, however if you do have a PayPal account it will be slightly quicker to checkout.

| 4 What is a PDF chart ? |
PDF stands for Portable Document Format, it is an electronic document that must be read with the Adobe Acrobat Reader program which is commonly installed on most computers, you will need version 6 or higher to open our PDF charts
If you don't have the Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed already please visit Adobe.com to download the program free of charge

| 5 How do I get the charts I have purchased ? |
Once your payment has been confirmed please log into your member’s area with your username and password where you will be able to view your current and past orders , your charts will be stored here permanently so that you can download them whenever you need to.
To view or print your charts first ensure you have adobe acrobat reader version 6 or higher installed then simply click on the file 'view pdf' in your member's area and the chart will open ready to view, save or print.

| 6 How do I download the Free Chart ? |
You will first need to register as a member and log in. Registration is free and you are not obliged to make a purchase in order to access the free chart.
Click on the free chart and choose the option 'Get this pattern' if you are logged in the free chart will automatically be added to your member's area with the message 'paid' appearing next to it, you have NOT been charged for receiving this item, the message just confirms that your free chart is ready for download.
Go to your Member area and click on the file 'view pdf' your chart should now open in Adobe Acrobat Reader ready to view print or save to your computer.

| 7 Where is the Motif Library Chart I have purchased ? |
Some Charts in the Motif Library will currently take 24 hours to be sent to your Member's Area.
